I love Beyonce and her music. She’s beautiful, talented, and successful.

But something about her new album or single cover pisses me off. The fact that she looks almost white in this picture, her hair is blonde, and that I almost mistook her for Britney Spears. This is bullshit. I’ll bet you they photoshopped this picture along with shedding a lot of light on her skin to make it look like as if she has white fucking skin.

This brings me back to a trailer of a documentary called Dark Girls where it basically gives light to racism within one’s own race and how skin color matters, especially in the black community. This just gives girls another reason to hate their skin color, to hate being ‘dark’. It’s bullshit. The whole thing is bullshit.
